According to (Graphic Warning!)
An employee from EDC (Electricité de Cambodge) dies because of an electric shock during the installation of a cable.
The incident happened while the employee was installing a wire in a High School on January 6 2016 around 3.30PM.
The reason for the incident was a technical error.
The victim was 28 years old.
