A 48-year-old Lao rice farmer, identified as Kong Muon, was arrested on the afternoon of July 17 2017 in Siem Pang district by the Provincial Military Police while the suspect was riding a motorbike.
The police confiscated one package containing 1069.4gr of ice (crystal meth).
