Kampong Cham: Man has meat cleaver embedded in skull in bizarre accident.

A case of domestic violence happened on July 13 2017 at 5.30PM along the Mekong River in Thma Koul village, Ro'Ang commune, Kampong Siem district, Kampong Cham province.
Police identified the suspect as a 30-year-old woman from Thma Koul village. She and her 30-year-old husband had a dispute. The husband pulled a meat cleaver with the intention to cut the suspect's clothes but the suspect managed to take the meat cleaver from him and threw it away in the river behind their house.
But she forgot about the other people and the cleaver ended up in the head of a 29-year-old neighbor and cousin who was draining a boat on the riverside.
The victim suffered serious injuries and was taken to the Provincial Hospital.
The woman has been arrested by the police.
