The man who caused the accident, a 25-year-old Chinese employee at Leu Phnom Casino identified as Lee Siev Meyng, had just left karaoke.
He tested positive for driving under influence of alcohol (0,60mlg\L).
The accident happened on July 10 2017 at 10.50PM along 7 Makara Street in Village 4, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
Both victims were sent to Chak Angre hospital shortly after the accident; the driver who caused the accident was taken to the police station for questioning.
2 cars (including the Chinese man's Lexus RX300) and 9 motorbikes were damaged in the crash.

Looks like the Investigating Judge decided to temporarily lock him up in the Provincial Prison on charges of driving without driving license, driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving involving injuries.
