The police of Phsar Kandal 1 (Daun Penh) arrested both suspects on July 1 2017 at 3.30PM after they committed credit card fraud between June 28 2017 1PM and July 1 2017 1PM at a phone shop located along Street 130 (corner with Street 13) in Village 11, Phsar Kandal 1, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh.
The 2 suspects have been identified as:
1. WANG DA LONG, a 29-year-old Chinese tourist; it's not clear where he is staying/living.
2. ZHANG YI CHAO, a 29-year-old Chinese tourist; it's not clear where he is staying/living.
The victim has been identified as Eng Phirom, a 43-year-old Khmer seller of mobile phones.
The 2 suspects duped the victim over 9 iPhone7 Plus worth 8,177USD.
A third suspect managed to escape.
