The report says that the man committed suicide because of 'memory problems and family issues'.
The incident happened on June 30 2017 at 9AM at a house in Group 1, Rumchek 3 village, Rottanak commune, Battambang city/province.
According to the police:
1. The victim was an alcoholic which had an effect on his neurological system (memory damage).
2. There were always family issues when the man was drunk.
Police identified the victim as Yang Fu Shun, a 47-year-old Taiwanese man (born on September 6 1969).
The man leaves behind a 45-year-old Khmer wife identified as Sokh Davy.
He started living in Group 1, Rumchek 3 village more than 2 years ago.
A post-mortem examination confirmed that the man committed suicide and the victim's body was handed over to his family again.
