The arrest happened on June 27 2017 after both suspects stole a bag at Otres Beach in Village 6, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville while the victim was swimming in the sea.
The suspects are a 17-year-old student from Village 2, Sangkat 1, Sihanoukville and a 15-year-old student from Village 4, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
The police confiscated a Suzuki Nex motorbike, a shoulder bag, 2 purses, some cosmetics, clothes and 3 Visa cards.
The victim has been identified as Svetlana O., a 27-year-old female tourist staying at Village 6, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
The police is building a file-case.
