The incident happened on June 22 2017 at 8AM while the victim, identified as Alexandre Jose Vogel De Araujo born in Rio De Janeiro on May 15 1958, was walking along the beach.
The victim's body is being held at Intraco Phnom Penh to wait for a decision from the victim's wife and the embassy.
