According to Martin Tash, a 62-year-old Brit and principle of ICS (International) School located in Street 214, Village 3, Boeung Reang commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh:
On June 21 2017 at 7AM he went to work as usual.
At 9.30AM he went outside to smoke a cigarette. Suddenly he saw a person lying on a plot of land east of the school building.
He became suspicious, (decided) to take a look and suddenly realized that he knew the victim.
The incident was reported to the police.
The victim committed suicide by jumping from the sixth floor of the school building.
Police identified the victim as Cameron Robert Craig, a 63-year-old Australian teacher at ICS, living in a rental house in Chey Chomneah commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh.
Authorities confirmed that the man died by suicide.
The victim's body has been kept at the morgue of Pochentong pagoda waiting for instructions from the embassy.
