In the morning of May 30 2017 the Ministry of Interior revealed the identity of the 4 scammers, 3 Cambodian men (ឡុង សម្បត្តិ ហួត សុវណ្ណ ជីហ្គោ សាលី) and one Malaysian man (តាន់ សេជិន ហៅ ស៊ាន តាន់), to the public.
At least 7,430 people, belonging to all sections of society, have filed a complaint.
The case is under judgement.

2 suspects, identified as Teng Saroeun, a representative for Investment Consultation Association(ICA) and Empire Big Capital(EBC), and his younger brother Teng Makara, were sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on the afternoon of June 15 2017.
The report says that Teng Makara isn't linked to any of both companies but rather a victim. At the moment of Teng Saroeun's arrest, in front of Russian Hospital along Street 271, Teng Makara was sharing a car with him so the police decided to arrest him too. (
