The accident happened on May 30 2017 at 11.30AM at the intersection of the Provincial Department of Planning which is located in Village 7, Kampong Cham city.
The mother was 21-year-old, her son 2-year-old.
The toddler died on the scene of the accident, his mother who was crushed under the truck died in the afternoon in a hospital in Vietnam.
The truck, driven by a 37-year-old man from Phnom Penh, was transporting medical equipment.
He stopped his truck to help the victims.
The report also mentions that the victims weren't wearing a helmet...
