Phnom Penh: Traffic accident between tuk tuk and car involving a foreigner; 2 seriously injured.

May 27 2017, 0.50AM, Norodom Blvd., Phsar Thmey 3 commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh.
Before the accident a witness saw the tuk-tuk, transporting a foreigner and a local, driving along Street 144 at high speed before crashing into a black Mazda at the intersection with Norodom Blvd. (Maybank)
The male driver of the car fled the scene.
Edit: The (Khmer) report says that 2 persons have been (seriously) injured in this accident; it's not clear whether the foreigner is one of them. Title changed accordingly.
