According to below complaint of 3 Chray/Charay (an ethnic minority) men, asking for the intervention of the Governor, a reporter of the Cambodia Daily, identified as American (must be Canadian) Peter, and his translator asked the people of Pa Te commune for which party they voted in 2012 and why Sam Rainsy Party won the elections in Kong Thom village, Pa Te commune (commune elections
