NR4 KM131-132, May 9 2017, 6PM, Kampong Seyla district, Preah Sihanouk province, driving from Koh Kong province to Phnom Penh.
The driver was a 33-year-old man living in Steung Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
The passengers:
1. NOVAK LUKAS, 38YO, slightly injured.
2. TELIN MARCEL, 40YO, slightly injured.
3. SKOLEK MARTIN, 40YO, seriously injured.
The victim were sent to a hospital in Phnom Penh; the driver was taken into custody for questioning.
Sihanoukville: 3 Czech men injured as taxi overturns.
