In the morning of April 30 2017 the AHTJP department sent 2 foreigners, a husband and his wife, to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court in connection with promoting (the female suspect) and 'buying' (the male suspect) child-prostitution.
The wife has been identified as Chea Sokh Thy, a 27-year-old Vietnamese national.
Also the victims are Vietnamese girls who are living in Cambodia.
The Briton paid 2000 to 3000USD to the children in exchange for intercourse with them; of this amount 1000USD (a child) went to his wife.
It also looks like he was suspended from medical practice in the UK. (ត្រូវបានគេបញ្ឍប់ពីគ្រូពេទ្យនៅប្រទេសរបស់ខ្លួន; 'they stopped him from doctor in his own country') and frequently entered and left Cambodia.

Both were officially charged by the prosecutor in the evening of May 1 2017.
Clive Cressy has been charged with purchasing child prostitution.
Chea Sokh Thy has been charged with soliciting child prostitution.
The prosecutor forwarded the case to the investigating judge.
In addition the article repeats what was already pulished before: បុរសជាជនជាតិអង់គ្លេសត្រូវបានគេបញ្ឈប់ពីគ្រូបង្រៀននៅប្រទេសរបស់ខ្លួន.
I still believe that he was fired/suspended in the UK.
