The incident happened on April 14 2017 at 8.25AM close to the Bayon Temple when the 25-year-old woman was selling fried noodles and meatballs together with her 35-year-old husband and their 3-year-old son.
After being pregnant for 9 months and 10 days the woman gave birth; afterwards a group of security guards brought her immediately to the Kantha Bopha Hospital in Siem Reap.
