American man dead because of "using drugs".
On March 30 2017 at 11.10 (AM or PM) an American man was found (lying) dead in room #xxxx of V Hotel Phnom Penh which is situated #48B, Street 111, Village 1, Boeung Prolut commune, 7 Makara district, Phnom Penh.
The local police identified the man as 54-year-old American tourist N.C.D., born on December 27 1962. He entered the country on March 25 2017 through Phnom Penh International Airport.
A doctor concluded that the man died of a heart attack.
He tested positive for opiates and meth.
Presently his body has been kept at the morgue of the Russian Hospital.
