Phnom Penh: American man dies at Russian Hospital.

On March 15 2017 at 10.30AM a foreigner died at the Russian Hospital which is situated Street 271, Tumnob Tuk commune, Chamkar Mon district, Phnom Penh.
The police identified the victim as 71-year-old American tourist (sounds like) Hai Gathluker.
According to 39-year-old Rin Chetra, a nephew of the victim:
On March 15 2017 at 10AM he brought his uncle (in-law) on board of his metered taxi from Thnaot Chrum village, Boeung Tumpun commune, Meanchey district to Phnom Penh International Airport in order to travel back to the USA.
During this trip, along Street 371, his uncle suffered symptoms of a heart attack so instead he brought the man to the Russian Hospital.
A team of doctors tried to rescue the victim but he passed away after 30min.
Rin Chetra informed the US Embassy in Phnom Penh and representatives of the Embassy came to the hospital to inspect the victim's body and to take his passport.
Currently the victim's corpse has been kept at the morgue of the Russian Hospital awaiting a post-mortem examination which will be performed in the morning of March 16 2017 at the request of the representative(s) of the US Embassy.
The victim leaves behind a 48-year-old wife and 9-year-old daughter.
