On March 13 2017 at 2PM the decomposing corpse of a young Khmer woman, wrapped in a thin and white bed sheet, most likely dumped by some one, was found in a ditch along an asphalt road (with the Alain Delon billboard) towards O'Tres beach in Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
The police estimate the victim 15 to 16-year-old.
According to preliminary conclusions say that the victim was raped and killed at a different place of the place where her body was found.
She must have been dumped at the incident scene around 3 to 4 days ago.
The police are still searching for the identity of the victim and the killer.
