The victim entered the Kingdom of Cambodia earlier today on a TI-visa via the Khaorm Sam Nor border crossing (Kandal province).
A post-mortem examination found the cause of death to be a heart attack resulting from hypertension and diabetes.
Presently the corpse has been kept at the Russian Hospital.
