Sihanoukville: Russian long-term expat SERGEY RAK hangs himself at Black Puppy Guest House.

The incident happened on January 24 2017 at 4PM at Black Puppy Guest House which is situated in Group 26, Village 3, Commune 3, Sihanoukville.
The victim has been identified as Russian long-term tourist SERGEY RAK, born on May 26 1976 and holder of an EI-visa valid till April 24 2017.
The victim checked-in in the guest house on January 5 2016.
Police said that the victim committed suicide by hanging himself by means of a television power cable which he connected to a light fixture in the bathroom.
presently the man's corpse has been kept at the morgue of the Provincial Referral Hospital to wait for a decision from his family and embassy.
