Sihanoukville: Chinese casino employee ZHOU ZHENHUAN dies at the Provincial Referral Hospital; heart attack.

The immigration police of Sihanoukville received the information that a Chinese man died at the Provincial Referral Hospital on January 23 2017 after having a party at his work during the night and drinking too much red wine.

The police identified the victim as Zhou ZHENHUAN, born on September 27 1983, Chinese national and working as an employee at Lexus Casino which is situated in Group 27, Village 3, Commune 3, Sihanoukville.
The victim was holder of an EI-visa expiring on May 4 2017.

A Khmer witness, identified as Sokh Ly and working as a Chinese translator, said that in the evening/night of January 22 2017 (the victim's) company had a staff party at the company's premises.
Also the victim attended the event and drank a lot of red wine and a lot of beer.

Around 10 or 11PM the victim left the party heavily intoxicated and went to his room.
At 1AM a (some) co-workers returned to their room and found the victim who was suffering breathing problems. They gave CPR to the victim and brought the victim to the hospital to save his life but the victim died before he arrived at the hospital.

Following a first examination and biopsy executed by police experts and a doctor the victim died of a heart attack induced by drinking too much red wine.
