A Singaporean man suffering from a weak heart fell dead, face down, on his arrival in Aurore Polyclinic.
The incident happened in the evening/night of January 8 2017 in a (private) hospital along Street 113, Boeung Prolit, 7 Makara district, Phnom Penh.
According to a security guard at a snooker place:
Before the incident 4 to 5 persons entered the place to play snooker; the victim didn't play, he just stood and watched his friends playing.
A few moments later he took a seat and fell face down.
The victim was immediately taken to a hospital situated in front of the snooker place by a security guard but he was pronounced dead on arrival.
According to the victim's wife:
The victim recently underwent heart surgery in Singapore.
Presently the victim's body has been kept at Steung Meanchey pagoda.
Lim Lum Seng, born on March 25 1955, Singapore. The victim stayed at Diamond Hotel.
