October 26 2016 at 0.10AM, sangkat Tuol Tumpung 1, khan Chmkar Mon.
4 suspects on 2 motorbikes.
The victim was walking along Street 460. At the corner of Street 155 suddenly 4 suspects on 2 motorbikes (one of them a Honda Icon) appeared. They approached their victim and snatched her bag. (strapped around her body) The victim fell on the ground and the suspects disappeared with her bag.
The bag allegedly contained 1.800USD, (an) ATM card(s), 2 mobile phones, a passport and some keys.
The victim filed a complaint at the police station.
