The commune chief has been ordered to appear in Court on November 22 2016 as a suspect.
Allegedly a representative of the victim's employer filed a complaint.
The article also says that the suspect is living next door to the 'borey' (located along NR1) where the incident happened; which partly explains why he parked his car there.
The suspect didn't show up at work since October 25 2016, the day after the incident, until today.

It looks like he showed up in Court on November 21 2016 one day before he was expected to appear in Court.
