The 4 suspects, living in the slums along the canal/sewer, are 12-13YO, among them males and a female. (tomboy).
Teachers informed the police of Stung Meanchey.
All were questioned and re-educated.
The crimes were committed at the premises of the Stung Meanchet Primary School.
They were wearing Dy Bek masks ( :?: ) and took money from fellow-students.
The police confiscated 2 of the Dy Bek masks.
