Found this one while cleaning up my inbox; happend almost 2 weeks ago.
2 drunken Vietnamese men involved in traffic accident.
They were allegedly entering an intersection at high speed and plowed their car into a Lexus RX400. Nobody was injured.
Happend at 0.20AM on April 20 2016 at the intersection of Street 163 with Street 432, sangkat Toul Tompoung 1 (ទួលទំពូងទី ១), khan Chamkarmon.
The Vietnamese, completely drunken, were driving a green (ស្លែ) Toyota Camry wearing (diplomatic?) plates CD 80-070 from West to East. They entered the intersection without slowing down and collided with a sugar-colored (ស្ក) Lexus RX400, license plates Phnom Penh 2AE-9276 driven by a man from North to South.
The police intervened and arrested the owner of the Camry. Both cars were confiscated.
