Provincial police arrested a suspect, identified as 25-year-old Chim Tak, on July 24 2017 at 7.30AM in Sisophon city.
The incident happened on the evening of July 22 2017 in Banteay Meanchey's Malai district.
The victim was 18 years old.
After raping and murdering the victim the killer dumped her body in a rice paddy and stole her motorbike.
