Phnom Penh: Chinese language teacher killed in bag snatch; one arrested.

This morning a woman was killed in a bag snatch after she fell of her motorbike and broke her skull.
The incident happened in the morning of June 25 2017 along Street 230 near Phsar Khleang Romsev market in Phsar Daeum Kor commune, Tuol Kok district, Phnom Penh.

The victim, a Chinese language teacher at Chhung Cheng School, was riding a motorbike on her way to the hospital to check her health.
Suddenly 4 robbers, riding 3 motorbikes (2xHonda Dream and 1xSuzuki Icon), snatched her bag. She fell of her motorbike, broke her skull and died in a puddle of blood.

One suspect was arrested by the police after being caught and subjected to some mob justice in BKK1 commune.

EDIT: For what it's worth, some sources are reporting that the victim wasn't riding alone but was riding on a motorbike as a passenger.
Some sources are also reporting that she was on her way home from the hospital instead of on her way to the hospital.

The video shows that she wasn't driving alone.
And I think 6 robbers (instead of 4).

The incident reportedly happened in Tuk L'Ok 3 commune (instead of Phsar Daeum Kor commune).

On June 28 2017 the police arrested 3 suspects:
1.Chea Ratana (ជា រតនា), a 17-year-old student living in a house along 'Train Road' in Boeung Salang village, Russey Keo communedistrict, Phnom Penh.
2.Sokh Dom (សុខ ដំ), a 22-year-old jobless man living in a house in Village 6, Tonle Bassac commune, Chamkar Mon district, Phnom Penh.
3.Kae Chan Veasna (កែ ចាន់វាសនា), a 15-year-old student living in a house along Street 19 in Chatomoukh commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh.

The 3 suspects were arrested in Village 14, Tonle Bassac commune, Chamkar Mon district, Phnom Penh.
One motorbike, used for committing the crime, was confiscated.

The police arrested another 4 suspects on June 30 2017
1.Mot Chonvireak (មុត ឆុនវីរៈ), a 17-year-old jobless man living in a rental house in Boeung Trabaek commune, Chamkar Mon district, Phnom Penh.
2.Tooch Chanti Vichika (ទូច ចន័្ទវិច្ឆិកា), a 17-year0old jobless man living living in Mak Khlu village, Chbar Ampov 1 commune, Chbar Ampov district, Phnom Penh.
3.Sokh Ly Hong (សុខ លីហុង), male.
4.Chheng Meng Leng (ឆេង ម៉េងលាង), male. (It's not clear to me why he's not on below picture)

The suspects were arrested at Koh Pich Center in Tonle Bassac commune. The police confiscated 2 motorbikes.

Last night the victim eventually succumbed to her injuries.
