Following street will be closed:
- Sisowath Quay from Street 178 to Street 240. (កំណាត់តីរវិថីព្រះស៊ីសុវត្ថិ ចាប់ពីផ្លូវលេខ១៧៨ រហូតដល់ផ្លូវលេខ២៤០)
- Street 178 from Sisowath Quay to Street 19. (កំណាត់ផ្លូវលេខ១៧៨ ចាប់ពីតីរវិថីព្រះស៊ីសុវត្ថិ រហូតដល់ផ្លូវលេខ ១៩ )
- Street 240 from Sisowath Quay to Street 19. (កំណាត់ផ្លូវលេខ ២៤០ ចាប់ពីតិរវថី ព្រះស៊ីសុវត្ថ រហូតដល់ផ្លូវលេខ១៩)
Also avoid Street 19 from North to South and South to North.
Reason: Some ceremonies for Khmer New Year involving the King.
