New Sub-Decree issued by PM Hun Sen on April 1 2017:
From now on for those wishing to acquire the title of Oknha (ឧកញ៉ា), a donation of $500,000 (in cash or goods) into the state budget will be required. (instead of $100,000 as stated in the Sub-Decree issued on April 5 1994).
The ones donating $100,000 or more will have to be satisfied with a medal.
Price to become 'Oknha' rises.
