The same sob story over and over again:
Thieves stole his bag in Kampong Saom after leaving a 'bungalow'.
Said bag contained his passport, credit card,...
He contacted the police at Kampong Saom but was politely told to f*ck off.
People helped him to pay a taxi to Phnom Penh in order to bring a visit to his embassy (in fact the consulate since Belgium has no embassy in Cambodia).
Tomorrow at 4PM his younger brother/sister will wire money through the Belgian embassy in Thailand.
The family in the pictures feel sorry that they can only offer him some small money and something to eat/drink.
