The crime happened on October 26 2016 at 5.30PM in front of Phsar Sorya Mall (GSM?) along Street 51, sangkat Phsar Thmey 3, khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.

If the owner ever gets this back she should be told to either, a) Turn the autofocus back on or, b) If she insists on using manual focus to put her damn glasses on.
